Functions

  • Enlist all Industrial, Commercial (Hotels, Banks, Petrol Filling Stations, Eateries, Shopping-Malls, Healthcare facilities, Markets and Residential Premises in the state for the purpose of billing and revenue collections.
  • Provide an efficient waste management services to all industrial, commercial and residential premises, markets and healthcare facilities in the state.
  • Satisfy all clients’ needs at all times, through improved customers focused strategies.
  • Develop plans for revenue growth, ensuring targets and goals of the Authority are met.
  •  Periodic review of terms and conditions of contracts with clients based on economic realities in the State/Country.
  • Analyzing customer satisfaction surveys and other feedbacks to the Authority.
  •  Encouraging Private Sector Participation in industrial, commercial and domestic waste collection across the state.
  • Develop timely, efficient and accurate billing for the services render by the Authority.
  •  Plan effective revenue collection strategy for the Authority.
  • Conduct solid waste management inspections to industrial-commercial facilities.
  • Ensuring quality services are offered to the customers.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance with State regulations.
  • Development and customer service to drive business growth.
  • Ensuring timely payment of service charges to the clients and customers of the Authority.
  • Investigate clients’ complaints regarding to services of the Authority.
  • Ensuring effective utilization of modern ICT and website of the Authority in financial transactions and resolving customers’ complaints.
  •  Provision of timely and financial information.
  •  Advising on the formulation, execution and review of policies and programs relating to the activities of the department.
  •  Analyzing customer satisfaction surveys and other feedbacks.
